Screener results, scores, and rankings are generated algorithmically from third-party data sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or subscribing to TikkerAIO, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Disclaimer above. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TikkerAIO provides a dashboard of automatically generated market data tabs (“the Service”). Data is sourced from third parties (e.g. Yahoo Finance, TradingView, Reddit, NASDAQ) and refreshed on a best-effort schedule. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe or PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in the Refund Policy below.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or share access credentials to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse, resell, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikkerAIO and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial charge by contacting tikkeraio@gmail.com. After the first 7 days, charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a billing error on our end are refunded in full regardless of timing — email us and we’ll resolve it.
